Got my first load of washing out and dried second load a different matter, almost dry then suddenly - and it is sudden in Spain - the heavens opened so a quick dash to bring it all in. Got slightly wet, washing all over the villa hanging from anything it can hang from....and would you believe It's stopped again and the sun has come out Fed up now, leaving it where it is - oh heck it's thundering now!!!!

I know, it's just this area of Spain, only an hours drive to Tarifa, which is the windsport capital of Europe! For most it's a plus and keeps the Temp. down in July and August, but it's cruel on a hair-do!

Lucky I brought it all in Crispy....the heavens opened and the downpour was terrific, went on for 2 hours!!!! with thunder and lightening, the electric went off and when it came back on we found we had no water......still no water. Told our neighbours (who are also our landlords.....remember 'she who pulls the plug ' ) and she said 'oh yes I know the water has gone off. Well WHY DIDN'T SHE TELL US WHEN IT DID!!!

I love a good storm went for a walk this evening to the local venta, no jacket needed still in vest top the whole time there I kept looking at the flashing lights of the fruit machine, oh I love a fruit machine. Being like the queen (I don't carry money) I had to to smile nicely at Mal and ask for some euros to have a go. He hates machines and can't understand why anyone would want to put their money in one. Needless to say I lost the two euro he gave me, can't wait to go back might just make this an evening out more often
