A friend and I found a digital camera on a park bench.
We looked at the photos, and we know who it belongs to.The problem is that the person in question has taken some saucy photos of their partner, who we also know.
We don`t know wether to give the camera back or not, because they know we will have seen the photos.
I am against giving it back, but my friend says we should.

Absolutely give it back and don´t say anything as they probably won´t. They may not even know you´ve seen the photos in question if there were others on there as well. Just don´t spread it around, as what they do in their spare time is up to them.

Jeremy Kyle might know the answer!!
Just give it back, at least you are not on the pics!!

Give it back because if you do not it is stealing. They need not know that you have seen the saucy photo´s and it would be better if you did not refer to them either, being discrete in these circumstances is very important.
I am really surprised that you even thought about not giving it back.

Of course they will know we have seen the photos, otherwise we would not have been able to identify the owner.

Why not return the camera anonymously? Stick it in an envelope and put it in their mailbox. Or something like that.

I know that in that situation I would rather lose the value of a camera and not know what happened to it rather than having to come into contact on a fairly regular basis with someone who had seen such intimate photos of me.
I am also embarrassed by this situation, but I am 100 percent that my embarrassment will not be a fraction of theirs.

If you give the camera back then you will have to convince the individual that you are psychic or that the camera is capable of speech
or else you will need to compliment them on their photography skills and or sun tan

You could hand it in at the nearest Police station.

Pop the camera through their letterbox and leg it. They will happy to have their camera and will be none the wiser to who returned it.

Also I think that would be worse, because they will probably be wondering who put it there.
In that situation I would be truly paranoid, and probably spend the rest of my life in the broom cupboard.
I would be wondering, if it was the postman the local street cleaner etc etc, who has seen all my bits, that would be even worse than knowing who has seen the pics.

OMG, I think that is even worse than knowing that we have seen the pics, knowing that it will have been passed around for all the plods to see.
And we all know that is what they will do.

Those who take intimate photos in compromising positions may not share your .............. modesty.
Plods are only human and would be doing what .............. you did.
