That's a tricky one isn't it, though the visual and physical impact could be interpreted as vandalism - conversely - it could also be considered street art. I wouldn't want to stiffle the artistic for the aesthetic if you follow me. But personally as it is illegal I consider I must therefore say it is wrong.

Sam, why the personal insults just because I do not share the same tastes as yourself. I accepted I was wrong and apologised for the post yesterday, though when I think about it, the content of the original post was designed to shock and offend animal lovers, so I'm beiginning to think if there was any material difference in the content of my post - I'll think on that a little longer.
In the meantime, please accept my love of my surroundings and ammenties, and my loathing of those who spoil it for others, and high on that list are dog owners who allow their pets to foul public places - not of course that I imagine you are one of those, as honestly, I imagine apart from your occasional outburst at me
- you are a nice person who cares about others feelings and their enjoyment of their surrondings.
