Have you mentioned a valuation price, or are you just keeping people guessing (on Ebay )

I tend to agree about the house prices being high, in particular fincas, villas etc in the campo with a bit of land which is understandable as this is the 'commuter belt' for Malaga and Marbella. Having said that town houses/apartments are on a par with other similar towns.

There is also going to be another road which will by-pass Coin and that will start from the roundabout on the Alozaina road and Campino Rio Grande at the bottom of the hill, this will connect to the La Trocha - Villafranco area, this we have been told is for when they build Disneyland

Our home is in Villalba which is 5km north west of Coin close to the Rio Grande the link for a peek is

So if that is the case, why not hang on to it, then you will make more money in selling it then.

I'd beware of buying anywhere on speculation like "Disneyland may set up a park here". But yes if true it would add a lot of value as tourism and rentals would boom and therefore people would buy nearby and prices would race ahead. Still - pure speculation at moment.

I can't quite see the connection with Disneyland? As far as I'm aware land has been set aside for a park in the Estepona area so I can't see how that will affect prices in Coin.... am I missing something?

I understand that land has been set aside between Tolox and Rhonda although I suppose it is or could be classed as Estepona area!! I would assume that if it is in the area I mentioned then it doesn't take much to work out why Coin is important
