Are mosquitoes in Esuri a problem?

Indeed, I am one of those individuals they enjoy fasting on. Remember in my youth, in the tropics, after going on hunting trips, spending many nights, fully bitten (one bite next to the other), soaking in a water filled bathtub, as the only way to bear the misery of existence.
Had I had then all the info in this thread, it would all have been quite different !

It should be noted that mosquitos are the biggest human-killers out there in the world. If going to a country where there is any risk of the problems Fred mentions, then you have to take anti malarials (with my caveat of LARIUM in mind), use a DEET repellant... And a mozzie net at night if no mozzie screens. I would personally take the vit B complex, as a back up... But in these countries - gotta do the whole hog.
It was national news a few years back in France, and headline news in Belgium, when Dengue was found in France.
Going back to wishful thinking, one has a good reason to drink G&T's (quinnine in the tonic) in these environments
those mozzies are in Europe now!

Cant be too careful!

Now we are getting somewhere Jon. The G&T medicine stands out as the one to be practised in Ayamonte. If we get to meet, maybe you will guide me to the "local pharmacy".
