Thanks mrsjdr, I've found place in Calahonda that just does classes like Aerobic and step and yoga and you just pay as you go, so no gym membership fees which is great. I went long yesterday and it was really good but an still on the look out for classes closer to fuengirola. I've just done a serch on this website and there's a few that have come up in my area so i think i'll pop along this weekend and investigate! Thanks again

Let us know how you get on Kate, would not mind going to yoga class, have looked before but nearest one in Alhourin, not that far but if dark the road I normally take is a bit scary! Only live 5 mins from Fuengirola, so would be great to find one there, had not thought of looking on that web page till yesterday, will wait and see what you find out when you go for a look. My daughter and I did start hip hop classes in Fuengirola once, but due to other things happening i.e. visitors, then her pregnancy, we stopped, that was at the "Music Factory", it is on the Coin road going out of Fuengirola near the Go Kart track, they do lots of different classes there, but a lot of the classes are more for teenagers.

Went to the new ice ring in Arroyo Benalmadena on Saturday, a very large new complex, ice ring, swimming pool, gym, and dance studio, looks like loads of classes. Everything in Spanish but staff speak good English and more English there than Spanish! Got some leaflets and just checked out web site which is:-
