Mallorca bomb plot foiled..
Police have arrested someone plotting mass-murder, he'd just received 140kgs of explosives he'd ordered via the internet. The target apparently was the University, not tourists.

A 21-year-old was arrested in Palma de Mallorca on Wednesday on the suspicion that he was planning a Columbine-style massacre at the University of the Balearic Islands, where he was a student. The police swooped on Juan Manuel M. S. at 10am, just after he had received a delivery of more than 140 kilos of bomb-making materials that he had purchased via the internet.
