Mallorca bomb plot foiled..

Police have arrested someone plotting mass-murder, he'd just received 140kgs of explosives he'd ordered via the internet. The target apparently was the University, not tourists.

He was a local, Juan Manuel Morales, 21 yrs old, from Palma.
