Marbella begins about at Cabopino. The real Marbella ends around Puerto banus but officialy the boundary ends as you drive out of San pedro de Alcantara.

The boundary to the east is Calahonda which comes under Mijas and to the west San Pedro...to the north Ojen and to the south it continues forever. But for me Marbella is the old town which has been and will be one of the best places ever.
