Hello EsuriJohn

Apologies for not responding to kind offer. We have managed to get a "Y" junction thank you, but haven't fitted it yet as we came back to the UK on 27th September and didn't want to chance missing any possible leaks as we won't be returning until next Spring.

Sorry we didn't respond sooner - thank you for that explanation. This seems to be the situation with our machine.

Hi everyone - we are back in Costa Esuri and Barry has fitted the Y connector. Glad to report that the washing machine is working perfectly now! Many thanks to all who helped us to solve the problem.
