I got a message saying I had to spread some more reputation before I could give any more karma to Mary.
very hard not to drink in Spain, as cheaper that soft drinks. As for hangover cures, an ice pack on the head or cold flannel helps to sooth the pounding.

It is very easy not to drink in Spain when I look at what I have achieved over the last 14 years.
I came from a squat in brighton, went to rehab, and achieved an accomplished carear in the media, have a wonderful husband, three children, (although as you know, one lives with my higher power).
I have an amazing out look on life.
I believe it is not what happens to you in life, it's how you deal with it, thats important.
Love to you all, I am off to spread my own karma.
Would it let you all down to know I have succumbed to the odd fag in the evening!

I have not had a hang over in 14 years!!!!!!!!!! Do you know why?
I have not had a drink in 14 years!!!!!!!!!!!! However, I am still an alcoholic, but in remission on a daily basis.
Dont knock it till you try it!
Not trying to convert anyone by the way, but this thread really made me grafeful for my sobriety today, I dare not tell you what I used to get up, it would make you chase me for the board!
