I remember getting drunk one evening at home, not realising how much I had drunk (pouring your own measures) and then I felt really sick, ran up to the bathroom and knelt before the procelain God. Then OUCH the toilet seat fell on my head!! 
Think that helped to sober me up

had the bacon and mushroom sandwhich and feel a lot better now head is still spinning but not as much. I keep getting hannah my daughter to make me loads of cups of teaxxxxx

I have not had a hang over in 14 years!!!!!!!!!! Do you know why?
I have not had a drink in 14 years!!!!!!!!!!!! However, I am still an alcoholic, but in remission on a daily basis.
Dont knock it till you try it!
Not trying to convert anyone by the way, but this thread really made me grafeful for my sobriety today, I dare not tell you what I used to get up, it would make you chase me for the board!
