Plenty of liquid because the headache is possibly due to dehydration. Vitamin C - so orange juice is good. Some people swear by tomato juice, egg and worcestershire sauce but I do not think I could stomach that.

Best cure of all is to go and lay down in a darkened room and dream of Spain.

Mmmmmm I have one of them,regular,a nice long walk with the dog,if not try hair of the dog!!!!

problem is that your brain will be swollen, anadin will mash the pain but will do bugger all to help the swelling, fluid and a good decongestant or anti-inflom will help no end.

Smoothies, something with electrolytes and lots of water are excellent.

I know just how you feel (but not today lol). I swear by alka seltza xs, for me it is a miracle cure. Have one of those and you will be back to normal 20 minutes later.

grease is the worse thing to have, it slows down the bodies ability to deal with the toxins, the quicker you get rid of them, the quicker you will recover!

When I have a hangover I just have to have stodgy home cooked food lol. A full on sunday lunch or potato pie goes down a treat.
