Well, I've just come in from the cold - must be 7 or 8 degrees outside the only place my skype would work was on the terrace! I've phoned the bank and after speaking to three different people taking around 30 minutes I have been given another phone number to phone on Monday! The problem lies with when I transferred some money over to Spain then lost the internet connection and didn't transfer the money across from my savings account to the current account to cover the amount. Their answer to this is to prevent me from accessing the account thus preventing me from clearing the overdrawn amount Idiots!!!! Boy, are they gonna get it on Monday!!!
