Re: Gibraltar 2
Your reputation as an ignorer of facts is well established.
Fishing for Blue Fin tuna is illegal in British waters.
The United Kingdom does not have a quota for this species.
Therefore if Gib has authorised catching this species clearly it does not regard its waters as British and is not part of the UK.

One of those is that Gib is somehow the major violator of European commission-established bluefin conservation quotas, which it rarely achieves. Although it's neighbours are chronic violators of their own substantially higher quotas as a matter of public record.
Here's the UK's view though:
Bluefin tuna regulations explained
The MMO strongly discourages any catching of the species.
Regulations around sale of bluefin tuna
The MMO regulates commercial fisheries in the seas around England, within quota limits set by the European Commission. The UK has no quota to catch this species. Countries which have quota are listed on the EC website.
As set out in our annual statistics publication virtually all tuna available for use in the UK is imported from abroad. In 2012 the UK imported 89,700 tonnes of tuna, worth £290.9 million.
It's probably also worth noting that bluefin has never been a species abundant in the north Atlantic, especially around the UK. Bluefin has never been much part of the English fishing industry in the first place.
Although due to climate change, along with increasing populations as a result of conservation quotas, apparently they are showing up in larger numbers now.
Warm water marine species spreading northwards into British waters

The Royal Gibraltar Police is investigating an incident at sea where the Spanish Customs Vessel SVA Aguila Cuatro fired four pistol shots at a local pleasure vessel fishing inside British Gibraltar Territorial Waters at the weekend. GBC has obtained exclusive footage of the incident, where the four shots can be heard clearly.

A spokesman for the Foreign Office said: "We have protested this incursion to the Spanish government at a high level and have also raised our extreme concern over the reported interaction between the Spanish vessel and a Gibraltarian pleasure craft during the incursion." All Spanish incursions inside Gibraltarian waters would be taken seriously, he added

Re: Gibraltar 2
As our village fact-mill pointed out, you, like me and everyone else, are ignoring "facts" he's made up on his own.
I do notice he's void of comment on his latest repeat wind-up of the fish story. The silence itself is deafening, since normally he'd go into some rant about how you can't trust what anybody says, or divert to yet another made-up atrocity openly committed by Gibraltar.
Bunch of real stupids, all those fact-ignorers. No doubt he finds consolation in the "fact" that he's above all that.

Spain’s customs service, the Servicio de Vigilancia Aduanera [SVA], admitted yesterday that shots were fired during an incursion by Spanish customs last Saturday, but insisted its officers were “exercising jurisdiction in Spanish waters”.

Guardia Civil association says lack of cooperation ‘is absurd’
“We have joint patrols with the Moroccan gendarmerie but not with Gibraltar,” he told the Efe news agency.
“This is absurd. We have a fluid relationship with the Maghreb but this does not exist with Gibraltar.”
“We need to set to one side the political problem and work towards policing coordination, because it is necessary or sooner or later we are going to have an accident.”

BREAKING NEWS: Spain gives UK full explanation on shooting incident; confirmed that live shots fired; cooperation to be stepped up.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office says that it has received a full explanation of the incident last Saturday when a Spanish SVA customs vessel opened fire in British Gibraltar Territorial Waters. It has been confirmed that live shots were fired. Law enforcement cooperation is to be stepped up.
A Foreign Office Spokesman said: "We remain deeply concerned at the fact that live shots are now confirmed to have been fired during this incident and we have been reassured by the Spanish Government that safety of lives at sea is a top priority for all concerned and their law enforcement agencies will operate with the utmost respect for this principle in order that this is fully upheld in the future.
"Without prejudice to our respective positions on questions of sovereignty and jurisdiction, it has been agreed to step up law enforcement cooperation in the fight against organised crime, including through timely co-operation and notification by the various seaborne agencies of pursuits of vessels involved in illegal activities to ensure effective action against criminals and a commitment to a mutual provision and exchange of evidence in order to better facilitate the successful prosecution of criminals in the relevant courts and tribunals."

Speaking on Spain’s Cadena Ser radio station, Mr Picardo said communities on both side of the border were “bored” with the negative stories about Gibraltar that flared up every summer.
He said that people living in Gibraltar and the Campo de Gibraltar had “a very different, positive” experience of relations at grassroots level.
