It's not because he is a politician. Every time I see him on TV he looks as though he is about to start decomposing. I have this vision of great lumps of flesh falling away from him! He just doesn't look as though he goes out in daylight.

It's a bit pointless, because everyone hates a lot of politicians, and picking just the one would be almost impossible.
