I understood from the article that the present fish farm was to be dismantled, and a newer but smaller fish farm would be sited here?

Personally I have no idea of fish, but I have a family member who is dedicated to aquaculture. As he says fish can not be grown in an industrial environment, with buildings, etc.
John, I do not know how they will handle the project (I think there are several centuries), but if they make claims procedures (alegaciones), you could give your opinion about how it may affect CE.

Yes that was and still is the idea a rump of the fish farm to the north of the marina but on land that is already operated as part of the fish farm.
