Disagree. BS share price on Friday was 90% of what it was on Monday...yeah the market knew what was happening.

BS was a bank (an investment bank) what assets was it fire selling.

Tom does quiz nights?

As for Fadesa being skint, Taylor Walker went bankrupt half way into their biggest project and they couldn't finish it.

Canary wharf ended up Ok though.

Hi All,

Is there anybody online in CE this morning? All of us back in the good ole UK need cheering up a bit this morning. Anybody on the East side of the country from the highlands to Kent woke up this morning to snow falling quite heavily and in some places sticking. In MK it has all but gone now but everywhere is dank wet and cold. So here is my request tell us how bright and sunny it is there and if possible post a picie take one with your phone, webcam anything but cheer us up till we get there again in May.

Regards,

John.

I think lablelling them all 'homers' was a bit strong. Couldn't we just have used "extremely content" or "alternative lifestyle enjoyers" or at a push, "Glibly Avoiding Youth"????
