Yes definitely!! I love it, the atmosphere, the flamenco dresses, the horses, the whole thing. The only thing i dont like is the local bar on the opposite side of the main road, doubles the prices of his coffees, and dont even think of getting a tostada as the price of that practically triples!!! We (and a lot of the locals) boycott it the rest of the year, on principal.
Maybe see you there?

My sister and I are treating ourselves to the Vincci Golf & Spa Resort in May, for 5 days, In Isla Canela.
Can anyone recommend any good eating places, menu del dias, good clothes shopping, etc? We´d like to fit these in around our saunas/massages...
Thanks.

HELP!

I've just been down to Alicante Airport and whilst coming back tried to find El Plantio GC, Alicante. The directions said come off J71 of the E15/A7 but that just took me into the middle of Alicante at rush hour which was terrible

Anyone give me detailed directions, as the ones on the clubs web site are obviously not very good JDR said you're all avid golfers on here and may know. I'll be coming doen the E15 / A7 from Oliva / Gandia direction

Hello Mitzyboy,
I don't know if this link can help you or if you already knew it, but, anyway, here it is

http://www.golfcv.com/ficha_club.htm...17&cntp_id=714

Once you go into it, you must push Situation and you will find a map.
I hope this help, if not, tell me and will keep on looking for another one or i will ask somebody else.
regards
marisol

This is the problem Marisol .... the diagram shows J72, the instructions tell you J71, but J71 is not the right junction in reality. There are now 3 Junction 71's on the motorway, 71, 71A & 71B and 72 is the airport
I think it must be 71 a or b, not sure which, but I was hoping someone had been there

Hola Michaelh,
I read in the info ayamonte news that there are plans for 2 new shopping areas in Cartaya and Nuevo Portil, perhaps by summer 2009? Can I keep my fingers crossed for a Corte Ingles sooner rather than later?
