Just a bit more info on registering your interests with the administrators for MF.

The website for the MF administration is:

http://www.administracionconcursalmartinsafadesa.es

tel: 902627925

If you go on the above website, on the first page half way down in yellow writing there is a link 'Compradores de Viviendas', click on this link. This applies to anyone buying plots, houses, etc.

On the next page, again about half way down, you will see Hoja A and Hoja B in yellow writing. Everybody should have received Hoja A from the administrator, but I don't know anyone who has. Hoja B is a form to fill in and register your interest with the administrator if you have not received Hoja A.

Click on Hoja B, this opens a PDF file which you need to print out and fill in. This page needs to be filled in and sent to the administrator by October 1st.

If you do nothing else, as an absolute minimum you should fill the form out and send it with copies of your contract and payment receipts. If you have instructed a solicitor this is what they will be doing.

The administrators office have stated photocopies are sufficient, but certified copies are probably better. Don't send originals, keep them safe.

The address for sending documentation is:

OFICINA DE REGISTRO DE ESCRITOS DEL JUZGADO DECANO A CORUNA,
Edificio de la Audencia Provincial,
Rua Capitan Juan Varela s/n,
15007 A CORUNA
Espana

You need to send this by registered post or probably better by courier, so you can track it online and make sure it gets their on time.

A couple of things to remember, I am not a lawyer and this is only info I have picked up trying to sort things out for myself. If you have instructed a lawyer they should be doing all this for you. If you haven't, for whatever reason, do this as an absolute minimum.

If you need help with filling the form out send me a PM.

It may be a little late and i think it has been mentioned before, but if anybody needs a solicitor try Gloria Crespo Tel 959242421.I have found her to be excellent and reasonably priced in a number of property transactions i have carried out in Ayamonte.
Good Luck

Hi all don't want to cause too much excitement or start false rumours but yesterday I noticed a group of people working in one of the empty units at the large Commercial Centre (opposite the Golf Club). Regards Bryony

He has been working away from Ayamonte this summer I think for an Abogado but not sure where perhaps Huelva. He also seems to have connections with the bar La Sonrisa and a group who play at the bar called "T-Bag" they are on on the 6th and 27th September so he must be around. If you want to contact him PM me and I will give you a link that will find him.

Regards,

John.
Hi, I have never left! but thanks for your kind words and, yes, Waterproof Adventures has ceased it´s activities this year in June. I got myself a job at the La Sonrisa beachbar where a befriended band called "T-Bag" plays live every saturday afternoon. This is them playing at the Costa Esuri golfclub: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtgREzfduu4

Hi Mel,

I can help if you are interested in a boat ride up the river. PM me and I can send you some details.

The 'new castle' in Castro Marim presumably refers to the recently re rendered and hence bright white castle you can see just to the West of the old castle where they hold the medieval festival at the end of August.

I don't know if any one caught the program recently entitles the Trial of the Knights Templar but it gave a potted history of the movement, was very interesting and enlightening and a guest who stayed with us recently and has researched their history was quite interested in Casto Marim as this is reputed to be one of the places the knights escaped to when they were about to be wiped out by the King of France. They got away in their fleet from La Rochelle with all their wealth around 1307 (I think) and no one knows quite where they ended up.

So if any one fancies a bit of digging around the castles in Castro Marin please apply to the Mayor.

Cheers

Steve
