COSTA ESURI - AYAMONTE

You're welcome.
If people need a translation, it would be better to forward it to your lawyer. My knowledge of Spanish doesn't cope with legal matters(neither does my English!)

Ive said this before and must say it again!

You politely refused last time - but you know me.... gotta keep digging.

We are all keenly 'involved' with your villa project, from updates to photos, and I say again, with those terraces, views and also great construction, you really must have a house warming party!! That way we can get a good look at the fiished product.
Imagine sunsets over the golf, music, drinks in hand with friends eating a Jag takeaway meal. Cant get any better than that. How could you refuse your 'adoring public'.
Ill even bring a bottle!

You know we'll be around anyway, nosey neighbours and all that!
Looks fantastic John, well done on all the hard work you have put into it, hoping the villa completes within your timescale...
Cheers

This is the information I have just received from my friend.
'Bridge is played at Restaurant Jopel (on the front, just east of the Casino) in Monte Gordo at 14.30 on Wednesdays and Fridays from October to April.
Just turn up (with partner) about 15 mins before. The players are a mixture of English, Dutch and Portuguese. The language used is English.'
Hope this helps.

Once the liquidation process starts on the 30th September my best guess would be that it will be either nearly imposssible to cancel and get a refund or will take many years and you will be among the oher creditors and get if anything, a few cents on the euro you have paid.
SPEED IS OF THE ESSANCE HERE DO NOT DELAY email Maria now for advice and you will have a response by mid-day tommorrow if it is possible. You must be prepared to be very open about your reasons for wanting to cancel the contract and give her as much detail as possible.
The keyword is SPEED.
