I have no connection whatsoever with any legal firm. Just "googled" info, and passing it on. I hope it is of some help.

P.S. Thanks John for your reply. Ah yes, the oak floors!
When you mention "bovadillo", is it as in bobadillo ceilings? Like in Extremadura (curved, vaulted ceilings)? Do they have varying styles in Mallorca, Extremadura, or even Huelva province? It all sounds well worth the wait.

Absolutely spot on it is an arched double walled tile that sits on the beams a very traditional Andalucian feature.

Something similar in La Casa Grande in Ayamonte town?
Me thinks your place should be named La Casa Senorial de Juan de MK.
Hasta luego,

Hi John,
I had a look at them putting up the beams yesterday. Here's a photo from just before lunch yesterday. A funny thing happened as I was taking the photo, I thought I saw something moving just off to the left of your build and it wasn't until 10 mins after when I was up near the Jaras looking back that I figured out what it was.
A mink heading to the golf course 2.
Enjoy

Hello all,
I am writing from CE. The weather is great, everything is ok. I can not use the dictionary here so my English is even worst.
John, I am looking at your house right now, if you want me to take some pictures, tell me.
Un abrazo

Hi Michael thanks for the photo. Is the mink the pest it is in the UK? There are areas where mink was being farmed and the cost/return became negative and they just let them all out also the animal frontdid the same. So some riverbanks were denuded of smaller wildlife since the mink in the wild is savage.

Farm mink once released into the wild here in Spain, have a slim chance of survival. There are mink around the marshlands and they have a make up a stable balance in what is the ecocsystem here. Like everything, you disturb a balance then something has to give.
Talking about balance, your workers sure have it getting that roof on.

Enjoy

Have been informed today that all permissions are in place for plot owners to complete.

On a different note, I see from the latest edition of the Oracle, Fortaleza has resigned as Editor.

No worries, I think the spelling is either way anyhow. Seen it as "boveda" and "bobadilla" too - just curious if the style varied from one region to another.
