I think you will agree that your post well and truely breached rule 9.
You will also notice that over the last two or three pages the mods have turned a blind eye to the emails and other stuff that has been posted because of the importance to you who live there, but of course there is no mention of that in your post, but then why should we expect any recognition. :)

These are the areas that Forteleza said the Mayor had agreed to maintain at a low level but of course that may not include paying the water bill. They are all on pop-up sprinklers so unless somebody turns them off it will just happen.
