Hi

Be carefull with the irrigation, in RMA 1 Marina Esuri ADA estimated water expenses in 2.500€ per year and now they say the real consumption is about 36.000€ per year (yes, in water not in Möet&Chandon).

Yes but being a english person on costa esuri.you would be expeted to be ripped off.get some thing done about things.irrigation water should be diferent to tap water rates.there is no way on earth that will be 36,000 unless they have included all the golf coursers. and added some.one would presume

I only disagree with you in one thing, in RMA 1 most part of the owners are English, but there is also Spanish, Portuguese, French, Irish,German,Chinese owners etc...

If you get organised you might not have to ;-))

The whole community buys and stores the water privately, they put a lower limit on the usage of 15 €`s because some were not using much as they were holiday homes.
We have only gone over the 15 €`s a qtr cost a few times.
