Never bought any dogfood there myself and definitely never will.

I wonder if they paid out any compensation for all the damage and heartbreak they caused ?

I had to visit 3 different vet clinics in Valencia last month when my cat was sick, and every one of them had a warning notice posted about the Mercadona dog food problem. It was all over the Spanish pet forums too.

from reading an industry report the manufacturer only does dry food, so its a good thing we have never, ever brought up dogs on anything but wet.

considering the high level of renal failure, are the owners ensuring plenty of water for the pet? Seems obvious I know but not everyone enjoys joined up thinking.
