Why are you so intent on buying at a time like this?

Why not take a long term rental and then you can see if you really like the area without the risks involved in buying property?

I do not think you will find many on here who advise buying property right now, particularly apartments and flats.

The market in Spain has a lot further to go down and you would just be getting on the sledge as it descends the slope (in all probability)

Go by all means but rent, rent, rent.

Hope not.

I looked at the site everyone knows and found 2 bedroom apartments galore at 380-450 euros a month in Algorfa.
