The spices tent to take over anyway, it is just used for depth of flavour, whereas Italian food tends to be very simple and relies more on subtlety.

Maybe but there,s nothing like a good curry.........I wonder how rabbit would do in a curry..........

I grew up with Indian food, our houseboy was Pakistani, as well as Middle eastern and Persian food.


My absolute fave is Mexican though.

Good for you,how nice.........I dont think I got to taste a curry till I left home and that was in a resturante,it was unheard of to eat it when I was young,OMG Im not that old either........

I gave up on the pork pies last time, so I have now asked for malt bread. Lets see what I get He is back tomorrow night. My babes is fine, just too hot but coping ok.
