Another option would be to find someone you trust who lives in Spain but has a UK bank account, and make some arrangement with them for you to deposit money into their UK account over-the-counter, and for them to then deposit the Euro equivalent over-the-counter to a branch of Banco de Andalucía.

As you've said the amounts will be small I'd guess the risk would be low that you'd have any problems.
