Just want to share that i received back my passport from AHC Islamabad with visa label on it right on 7th day. sent my passport on 23/11/2011 and today (30/11/2011) received them back. so...

Yes its his RIGHT, he paid them to process his application. In return he wants to ask them about application status. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICES ... an applicant can ask about his application...
