Have you shopped around, asked a few solicitor?

In London a solicitor charged me £5.00 for 1st document and £2.00 for each additional. (Probably cheaper for you to fly to London)

You can do it yourselve or use an agent who knows the in's and out's. (in my opinion worth paying an agent) either way it wont cost you a penny to talk to a few agents.

My property has dropped approx £50k (now valued 375K) since July 08, far too much of a loss to take on the chin. Decided to rent it out and use the rent to pay for remortgage to take to Aus.
