Think you need to decide what you do first and trying posting facts not fiction.

You have been told the only way for you to get over, a student visa. Nothing has changed has it?

Sorry - shouldn't laugh...but oh so funny
I do remember the original post! Are we being harsh?? I often sit at work thinkin "if I did xxxxx then I could get there quicker..!!!" But then I've normally got a young person throwing something off my head at the time - joys!
Ah well, that cheered me up at 4.45 in the morning....

Later...!

The short answer is, no. You don't qualify for a skilled worker's visa, you simply don't have enough experience. Unless you can find an employer to sponsor you, I'm afraid it's no go.
If I was in your shoes, I would have a good look through the MODL and CSL lists and find a job on one of those that you feel you can do. Then find out exactly what you need to gain a positive skills assessment for that job, and devote a year or 2 and get it done. I know you want to go right now, but if the door isn't open....
I wanted to go 3 years ago already, only to find out I needed an extra 3 years experience to get a positive skills assessment, which I reached by the end of last year. Guess what? September last year I found out if I had a certain qualification I could have gone with only 6 years experience, instead of the 8, so I myself wasted 2 years, only to find out that everything is much harder now than it was 2 years ago because of the worldwide economy taking a nosedive.
Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do, in order to make your dreams come true. (I didn't mean for that to rhyme.)
