Possibly, but maybe not if you do not have the required work experience, cant get the required ielts mark, have trouble with the skills assessment etc etc. You need to go through the criteria and see...

I have a case officer who told me, I didnt use an agent. As you are applying through an agent if your case officer had a date in mind they would have told them not you as they are acting for you.

The fact you are not living together at the time is irrelevent for UK benefits purposes. You are a married couple who have not split up and you should put married on all benefits forms.

You wouldnt be refused a PMV on the basis of the length of your relationship. I think the statement saying to apply for a partner visa is advice to save you the trouble of applying for another visa....

My fav site. I wouldnt worry about him being international. Banks love students and so long as he has an address (even halls) and proof he is a student they'll open him an account.

If you were applying for another type of visa, such as a skills or spouse visa I would say yes. More so because the wording on some of the forms is different and could ask to include cautions.

You'll get your visa, it's a caution not a conviction and you dont have to declare it and have nothing to worry about.

ACPO checks come back as 'NO TRACE' meaning no convictions,
'LIVE TRACE' meaning unspent convictions or
'NO LIVE TRACE' meaning spent convictions.

It does not list the convictions as a CRB...

I did not say it was a conviction I merely added it for those who do have convictions and who might read this thread believing a spent conviction does not need to be declared.
