Urgent advice needed!!!
My son is due to fly to the UK on monday morning.....he'll be using his British passport and 3 three years ago he got a residents return visa.
I believe these are valid...

Thanks, i guess they are more worried about the possibility of having a cracked or loose tile and nothing there to stop the rain coming in and destroying the ceiling.

I just rang the passport office in the UK and they didn't have a clue.
They suggested i contact the australian post office for advice as thats where i had to lodge my...

i have a receipt from the post office but no idea how to trace it, and the website is terrible. It also mentions phone numbers but says they cannot answer questions relating to passport progress...
