Front loading Meds is when you book your Meds and get them done b4 they are requested thus saving time waiting for Acknowledgement i.e. save time.

Slater/Tiler Supervisor, 136 BN Subclass visa granted 2/2/2007 took 12 months to get ,no employment yet still in Uk.

If you want to get it in person you have to make an appointment most people use special delivery service plus going to London would cost more money i.e.transport hotel etc
