Read your Travel Insurance policy and see if there are any particular sections that you beleive you could claim on.... Don't just accept the initial phone call!... Put the request in writing if they...

I suppose this is due to the fact that they will only repay if you do not receive the service you paid for..... Do you have to wait until the day you were supposed to fly to find this out??...

Is it a gold card or a standard card? as I know the protection levels are different and just want to be clear.....
