Just updating my previous post - I was mistaken thinking I had had the interest refunded, it was actually £180 refunded directly from Zoom! Not sure if this is a token gesture or what??

I ve also claimed through the Abbey and I am still waiting for the form like you. However I received my latest statement this morning and they have refunded the interest so it looks like things are...

Just spoken to the Abbey and they said "investigation time and reimbursement" should be a timescale of 2-4 weeks which isn't too bad fingers crossed!

Now all we need to do now is email Richard...
