Thats really bad, the credit card should have paid it back,

did they get the card through the same bank as its RB & RB Visa ?

I would have thought both for whatever you paid on each one ?

Still not goit ours back but have had a letter saying if we can provide proof that we have tried to call write to and email Zoom then...

Still no money from Barclay card, just a letter saying they are looking into it ? what is there to look into for goodness sake ?

Anyone else from Barclays had any back ??
