Also have no problem with the year on site supervision if you go the vetts way when you reach oz, I think that...

Hope not, there should be no fast tracking in any trade IMHO a 4 year on site and in college apprenticship should be served regardless of previous experience in other fields.

School leavers I train are spot on.
Teaching 30+ is a pain in the ass, I know, bin there done that.
Dont do the bossing about sketch, if they didnt want to do the job I would not have set them...
