I have just shipped a box via DHL you state they are your own items and used you will not pay anything they will ask you for a copy of your pr card and passport and then deliver.

Sorry can I just ask why you think that you would be inspected just because you packed it yourself.The moving companies use any body to pack your stuff in our case just polish casual labour not CRB...

We run ours on a hertz converter small box like a mobile phone paid around £50.00 also look at the back of your tv ours states 120-220 volts you dont need a transformer just a change of cord.

I haven't used this company but there have been many threads started regarding them. I have only ever read bad feed back. All seem to be similar experience to yours.
