Close but no cigar. Mississauga back when you were 18, was, comparatively speaking, a quaint rural village, its much, much more horrible these days.

Not me. But Shirtback is bilingual so it was easier just to quote from french wikipedia, with proper accents and all, rather bothering to translate it.

This one had enough sense to drop out of an immensely useless degree from Ottawa in Theatrical Studies.

Finally, after 3 months almost to the day, the very large tree that fell in the backyard during the pre-Christmas ice storm has become accessible enough that an arborist friend of my son's is out...

I honestly can't remember what the winter of 2003 was like. I'll take your word for it.

2008 was a biatch here as was 1982, my first. I remember (all too well) Christmas Day that year: it was -25C...
