Bad reporting by 20/20 then as the guy who owns the first bar in Christchurch and does the home delivery was talking about expanding......... wonder why they were so out of date with their reporting....

Steve asked me about area's in CHRISTCHURCH and as I am no expert I gave MY OPINION on area's I have seen and been to. As far as I am aware Kaiapoi is out of Christchruch.
