I think they also consider the delay due to the medicals, PCCs, IELTS etc. As most of us frontloaded we can, I hope, subtract that 2 - 3 months from the processing time. So it...

I think MODL applicants have priority recently....

I am just wondering whether you can frontload 1022 to save time? I mean you can send it a week or two before the request should come and then maybe your visa is granted right away.
