that story got a bit part in the news...but it really is the people, not the guns, so in that case, probably lack of parental responsibility...

hardly happens here...and it's normally because they are after speeders to make the quota...begining/end of month is never a good time to be liberal with the speedo...

That's true, the small print when you get a license says you consent to the test regardless of reason, and failure in maine is a minimum 30 day loss of license regardless for first offence

It's probably down to people not caring, needing to drive distances to get to a bar, no public transport and very lenient penalties if caught, but chances of being caught aren't great, as long as you...

Get caught, you lose license for 3 months, $650 fine, $250 cost for driver ed, that's as long as you don't have an accident, and it's a first offence...doesnt' put people off because there's around...

The problem here is that it's socially acceptable being a drunk crunt behind the wheel, there's bugger all really to make you look like a shit if you lose a license for being drunk, plus so many...

guns, even....and I thought pistols were easy to get too...hmmm...oh well...

guns are pretty easy to get in the EU, doesn't seem to be such a rampant issue over there though...

at 4am and disorientated, your far less likely to miss too...plus less likely have a stray bullet go through a window and kill a neighbour across the street.

And stick to small calibres....high...
