Hi

1. If you don't have a CSQ from Quebec, DONT supply a Quebec address, there is a good chance that you will be refused "landing"

It has started, but remember every CIC, CBSA, CHC, Citizenship has to be converted and the staff trained. The information has to be transferred to the GCMS system from very very old...
