Take the document you agreed to with you, memorise it. If it's different when you arrive then keep discussing it (don't lose your rag) if it still doesn't match up then ring EdEx and politely ask...

Ed Ex have an office in the UK according to a poster on davesEFLcafe. Any problems getting your money back, read how one person purportedly used the small claims court and then bailiffs.

Pathway degrees are English (there's something in there about being 70% pathway orientated modules), English Language and Linguistics, or Education.
