In Italy the tax authorities call these places a fiscal paradise and deal with them severely. Might be the same in Spain?

Evidently Revolut has applied for a UK bank licence. The UK for some reason has not granted the licence but could in the future.

I got the same from Interactive Investor. Funny but NS&I accepts Wise as a bank.

I am in Italy not Spain. Nationwide closed all accounts in Italy.

I have a SIPP with Interactive Investor. I was able to withdraw money with my Nationwide Account. When Nationwide closed the account I tried to substitute Wise. II said that Wise was not a valid UK...

Wise is not always accepted because it is not a registered UK bank even though it provides a UK sort code and account number.

I havent been able to open an HSBC account. Their helpline is terrible. You wait 30minutes and then you get connected to a call centre in Calcutta and they invent some reason why there is a delay in...
