We dont actually know if the kids had further shocks at the school...

Many parents are oversensitive for sure, but also some kids are hyper sensitive and can be set off by far lower exposures than you experience.

So its a question of where do you set the protection...

I call bullshit on that. Many an anaphylactic episode has been triggered by exposure of the skin alone to an allergen. Some people with peanut allergies can be set...

Maybe she need to work to pay the bills and its not a viable option?

Maybe she considers that she is not broadly enough educated herself to offer a decent wide ranging education to her child.

The kid has had 9 anaphilactic reactions... that about 8 more than I would want to experience as a parent, and they are set off by these known food triggers so how else would you deal with this other...

Why? Shes doing what she thinks best for her kid. The school appears to have an allergy policy and she choose to send her kids there on the basis of that, only to find out that its a paper policy...

Although it looks a bit extreme to want to ban dairy and eggs from the classroom, the whole idea of banning peanut butter would have been considered just as insane 30 years ago.
