Yes, I don't live near...but it would be a brilliant boost for the region. Balaton is such a great place to come on holiday. When our friends visit us they always have a great time :goodpost:

Good choice, I love Balatonalmadi :thumbup: I think Brits don't come to Hungary because as you point out, most have not heard of it or think it is Romania which for some people conjures up negative...

I go to Balatonkenese quite regularly and I have yet to bump into a Brit...around Siófok maybe, but not there.

Apparently Ryanair will fly to FlyBalaton from May. I got this from Balaton Brits.
