I sent my updated info (criminal record checks, CAD cheque, etc.) on 09/04/2012 so less than a month ago!

Hey Katie. It doesn't say that on both screens! Just on the first one. I am kinda putting another 12 to 18 months on this... seems to be more realistic.

I recently sent a case specific email to London to update my address. I also asked about processing times (as I still haven't gone into processing) and here's their response:
