We are talking about the same Home Depot chain here? A very basic hardware chain? I beg to differ....you can pretty much build a house and do everything but furnish it...

I am very sorry that you have had a bad experience at the HD...mine have only ever been positive...with very friendly staff...it probably depends where the store is etc...
